Please take this issue on priority, as my mobile was stolen on Sunday, and even after taking a new sim with the same number I am not able to send or receive messages even after 48 hours.
I have to login my apps to log out from all devices, I can’t do this till my message service gets activated.
If a fraud transaction happens, who will take the responsibility?
I have already incurred financial losses due to not receiving OTP’s.
Please do the needful as it is the critical issue for me, maybe not for you.
Once my message service is active, I will quit all airtel services that I have taken till now.
