In Groww app I ordered to buy a lot of Put Option called “banknifty 06 apr 40800 put” in Banknifty at Rs.2618.75 (@104.75 x 25 a lot) in F&O Segment on dated 06.04.2023 at 9:35 am and my order was executed successfully as usual and amount was deducted from my wallet, but it was not showing in position dashboard and I tried several occasions to contact with them, but failed to contact immediately and they solved the problem almost after 1 hour when the price of my put option dropped to Rs.26.9 at 10:13 am and then I exited/sell my Put Option @Rs.26.9 x 25 (a lot) and suffered a financial loss of Rs.1946.25.
