Text of Complaint by Karandeep Pathak:

I am writing to you with an urgent and distressing matter concerning fraudulent activities and harassment by an entity claiming to be associated with a loan app called Cashe. I previously filed a complaint with the SSP office in Mohali and the Cyber Crime division, but the situation has escalated, and I seek your intervention to resolve this matter promptly. Background Information: Last year, I became a victim of a loan app fraud, where an unknown party used my mobile number, [Your Mobile Number: 7****7*8*8], to apply for loans through the Cashe loan app without my consent or knowledge. Harassment and Threats: Since the fraudulent activities occurred, I have been subjected to relentless harassment and threats. The fraudulent entity has gained access to my contact list and has been contacting my friends and family, making false allegations and using abusive language towards them. Additionally, they have been targeting me directly, sending fake messages filled with abuse and threats. They have also threatened to defame me on social media platforms. Financial Hardship: To make matters worse, I have been facing severe financial difficulties. I lost my job, and I am currently without a source of income. Moreover, I have been dealing with the emotional trauma of losing my son, which has made this situation even more challenging to handle. I have taken every possible step to resolve this matter, including filing complaints with the local authorities and reporting the issue through the RBI Sachet Portal. However, the situation has not improved, and I continue to face harassment and threats. I kindly request the RBI Sachet Portal to expedite the investigation into this matter and take immediate action to stop the harassment and threats directed towards me and my contacts. Unfortunately, I have been faced with a series of tragic events in recent months. First, I suffered the devastating loss of my son, which left me emotionally shattered. Following this, I lost my job, and I have been unemployed for the past four to five months. The emotional trauma and severe depression I am experiencing have necessitated ongoing medical treatment, further straining my financial situation. Regrettably, there company’s collections and recovery team has been making matters worse by engaging in unscrupulous and unethical practices. I have reported these issues to various authorities, including the RBI Ombudsman, Sachet portal, PMO Portal, and Cyber Crime division, but the harassment continues. There recovery team has contacted my contacts, using intrusive methods, and subjected them to harassment as well. This includes sending my photos, bombarding them with OTPs, and using abusive language I am at a breaking point and urgently need your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring my safety and well-being. I am ready to provide any additional information, documents, or evidence that may be required to assist in this investigation. My primary concern is to put an end to this harassment and restore my peace of mind. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this distressing situation
