Dear Sir,
I have not ordered any material,even not done any transactions from my Flipkart account but I have received 2 msg for Flipkart pay later EMI transactions.some one done two transactions using Flipkart travel by using my Flipkart pay later EMI options.How some can login my account without my consent?
I am taking followup since 6th aug but still my issue is not resolved.I have already raised on 6th aug to Flipkart product team as well as travel team but still I didn’t get any resolution and refund.As per suggested by customer care I have cancelled both tickets worth Rs. 29996 on 7th Aug .But still I didn’t get my refund amount against cancelled tickets.please refer attachment snapshots of cancelled ticket and process my refund amount earliest. Both Flipkart product and travel time are worthless .Both team are just passing my complaint like a ball.I am suffocating because of such a worthless service from Flipkart.
