One of my friend ordered a mobile of Rs. 21000 through the website “https://olx21.com/” but a cheaper local mobile of Rs. 699 was delivered to him.
When contacting the customer care number and email (“1800 546 1889”, support@olx21.com), both seem incorrect.
The company is delivering some cheaper mobile instead of original order so that if anything comes on them they will easily skip by saying that the correct order was delivered. The company is making money through fraud by taking hard-earned money and many innocent people do not even know that where to complain about these matters as local police do not easily entertain these matters.
It is therefore requested to refrain from such websites and if anything like that happens register the complaint immediately on “Write To Prime Minister” and “https://cybercrime.gov.in/” so that they will be punished and not able to cheat other customers.
