While applying the loan the person who called me to that the tenure is 365 days for 60K amount. When I clicked for approval, It is credited without consent and esign from me. They are telling now that the tenure is 7 days. Now i’m not in any position pay the amount since i’ve put resignation and will be in notice period. In the notice period, I’ll get only less amount of salary. I can’t able to pay anything right now. I’ve asked via mail saying that to extend the tenure as mentioned. They are threatening me and store my contacts. Balck mailing me and asking for more amount to be paid. Literally scoding with mother’s name and thretening that they share my pics by morphing my photos. This app is not RBI registered. Please help on this issue. Otherwise my life in danger, i can’t live and I have little kids.
