This is to inform you that I had taken a loan through the mobile application of the RupeeRedee (Loan amount-19,000, disbursed amount in my account was INR 17,100). I have requested to close the loan account on 7th June, and paid very high amount with high interest charged by them (INR 28,689.78) on 7th June, 2023. I received a confirmation of payment at my email, that they have received the payment done by me, and it will take 24-48 hours to update.
In spite of this, they started to call me through multiple unknown numbers, and mentally harassed me for payment with different amounts. They also, harass me through spoiling my CIBIL scores. I have sent multiple emails that I have already paid, so please close my loan, but they are not replying. They are only trying to harass me through multiple emails, calls and text messages. I believe in transparent system. But, the RupeeRedee is doing financial frauds and cheating customers like me.
Please help me in stopping such activity. I am really disturbed because of their multiple calls and messages.
I really need help in stopping this harassment activity done by employees of RupeeRedee.
Please help me.
