Text of Complaint by E V R Kranthi Mohan:

Paytm has provided a feature called Paytm Postpaid. I was using it for a while back in 2022. For consecutive months, it used to deduct Rs. 666 /- unnecessary on the name of Jio Recharge as Auto Debit which is irrelevant. I had paid the amount consecutively for three months and it goes on continuing. After that, I had raised a complaint to the authorities regarding the same but there was no response from Paytm officials. They used to say that there is no option in Paytm Postpaid of Auto Debit. So, I did not paid the amount and asked them to resolve the issue. But eventually, they reflected it in my CIBIL which is why my CIBIL Score got reduced from 850 to 684. Please do help me with this thing and this fraud is one of the most careless ness of paytm. Kindly please help me out in this.
