I booked a 12-seater tempo traveler from Shree Darshan Tour and Travels
5-7A, Narela Road, Dr. Sahib Singh Verma Marg ,Kanjhawala Delhi –
110081 for Delhi. The booking was done after discussion over phone and
WhatsApp discussion – mob no 8981718556 We maid payment as an
advance of Rs.6000/- out of total trip 12000/- for which he had given me the
receipt. In the receipt he has given the vehicle no. HR61 D 8030, driver name – Krishn, Contact No.6205696905, driving license, Aadhar card, pan card etc. On the pickup time he said he is coming then after few minutes he was not picking our calls and started not responding our phone calls & WhatsApp message. Similarly booking owner did the same.
So please help me in getting my money 6,000/- back.
