Subject: Complaint Regarding Data Breach and Unauthorised Payment Request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent events concerning my loan with Hinduja Finance Ltd., loan number JHDIBETW00126. I have been a loyal customer, having signed all necessary documents for auto-deduction of my EMI payments, only to face a distressing situation due to the mishandling of my personal information by your organization.

On [Date], I was contacted by an unknown individual who claimed to be affiliated with Hinduja Finance, demanding payment of my EMI. Despite having set up auto-deduction, I complied with the request out of concern for my financial standing and the integrity of my credit record. This interaction was deeply unsettling and raised serious questions about the security of my personal data with Hinduja Finance.

To my dismay, upon visiting the Honda showroom in Gomia, where I interacted with Mr. Aadesh from your staff and Mr. Chandan from Honda, I was informed that I had fallen victim to a scam. Subsequently, I was coerced into making another EMI payment under the guise of rectifying the situation. This turn of events not only reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of Hinduja Finance but also highlights a grave breach of trust.

It is unacceptable that despite having provided authorization for auto-deduction of my EMI payments, Hinduja Finance has failed to fulfill this agreement, leaving me vulnerable to fraudulent activities. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and support provided by your representatives at the Honda showroom only exacerbates the distress and inconvenience I have experienced.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my confidence in Hinduja Finance. Specifically, I expect:

1. A thorough investigation into the data breach that compromised my personal information.
2. Assurance of enhanced security measures to prevent future breaches.
3. Reimbursement for the unauthorized EMI payment I made as a result of the scam.
4. Confirmation and implementation of the auto-deduction arrangement for my EMI payments without any further delays or discrepancies.

I trust that Hinduja Finance takes these matters seriously and will take prompt and decisive action to address my concerns. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative avenues to seek redressal for the harm caused.
