Octa fx is not releasing my withdrawal funds. Im not filing this report just because they declined my withdrawal for once. It has been going on for past 1 month. For the past 1 month i have been trying to withdraw but they keep on declining with unnecessary reasons . They asked for my bank details and my debit card details. I provided all these documents. They asking for all my personal data and banking information. Perhaps They dont want to release my funds. Now today they asking for my credit card details . I dont own a credit card. They demanding me to send credit card to release my funds. All these they doing with any prior agreement. I really need help. I hope you will guide me to have my justice. please do contact me to explain futher . I can explain clearly

In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, a copy of the card is usually requested by our broker to verify its physical existence and ownership by the account holder. It should be noted that third-party payments are strictly forbidden and will not be accepted.
We want to reassure you that our Financial Department works hard to process payments on time, and that delays are uncommon.
