My account is in sbi bank. My internet banking hacked by fraudulenter and ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD BILL of Rs 2,69,998 was paid through CRED. Immediately SBI BANK informed to CRED about this fraud and asked to take action and REFUND but CRED did not taken any action in this matter. When I contacted about this matter, CRED said that SBI BANK not contact ed them. I submitted all documents to CRED. Also Police FIR copy. CRED continues to mislead me on this matter.
