I received a call from Gonoise from a woman Pihu Sharma in the afternoon stating the details of the smartwatch that I purchased a few months back earlier from Gonoise and also confirming my address and contact details on their own which came to believe me that the woman is talking from gonoise after that she told me that there is promotional offer to extend the sale of the company and they are providing a additional 40% discount on purchase of 5000rupees from gonoise also they said that I would be getting a gift out of 5 choices, I chose 4 products from the website costing 5296 and sent the screenshot of the same to them on their another WhatsApp number after that they asked me to pay via Gpay to GoNOISE ONLINE gateway, I paid the same and sent the screenshot to them on WhatsApp after that they have sent me the order confirmation but after half an hour I received a call from another number claiming them to be from the dispatch team from a woman named Sheena Aggarwal, she told me that I would get an iPhone 12 as a gift but for that I have to pay the GST and she will refund back the GST amount within a minute that GST is costing around 10,000 so I told that I’m not having sufficient funds for the so she started talking rudely to me and then I requested that atleast dispatch my product she denied and then after I requested to cancel my order she denied but after several quarrel she said that I will receive that within a span of 3 days and disconnected the call and blocked my contact number on call as well as from whatsapp.
