I applied for personal loan at mahindra finance and after that one lady called Isha contact me and told me that my application is approved, she told me to pay Rs 4900 as processing fees,after that she asked me to pay Rs 13490 for insurance and after that she asked me to pay rs16000 for transfer of loan amount,she asked me again to pay for 16000 for banker’s share again,so I asked her to cancel my loan application and asked her to refund the processing fees already paid, she told me that my loan application is stuck in loan department and cannot refund it now..I waited for a long time and I feel like they are fraud so that I send email to mahindra Finance and they told me that Isha is not their employees..so I asked One advocate to help me and we send Legal notice to her,but she did not even reply my Legal notice also..
