Bharatpe swipe machine fraud

I’ve been using bharatpe swipe machine since June 5 2023 …..my amount rupees 61000 has been blocked from settlement stating suspicious activity….there is no suspicious….they have asked proof and I’ve given all proofs of my shop….but now they are delaying there response and my money is stuck with them….I request you to take action on them and get me my money….thank you
