I have taken education loan of 94000 from financepeer in December, in month of March on (10th of March)the financepeer has raised the emi which got deducted, then again they have raised emi for the same month on 24th march and due to the lack of money in my account it got bounce and it causes me unnecessary charge of 590, just because they did mistake by raising 2 emi in single month. When I talked with their customer care staff they said they will do refund for that. It happened twice, but I have not received any refund. I did mail, calls to their staff but they didn’t responded to anything. And now in the month of August it was the last month of emi payment, the last amount of emi was 12394, and they have raised emi of only 11248, and again I am receiving message that I have not paid my emi. The mistake is from their side, although I tried to pay them through links, app but I was unable to pay it because nothing is working. I tried to reach them through call, mails, on-line sites and WhatsApp everything just to clear my loan amount but they are not responding anywhere. It’s totally because of them I have suffered financial loss earlier too and I don’t want to face it again. So, kindly help me in this matter.
