Hi,
I am using rbl bank credit card, for which they imposed charges even after paying the bill on time, the customer care from bank never helps, I paid bill on 13th march but the bank says it is paid on 15th march, but statement shows it is paid on 13th, and the imposed be 11744 as the charges, this is really making customer suffer
Please help with this
