I order a book on 1st July,they sended on 7th, on cash on delivery,the delivery boy didn’t mark deliver,the book was not good and not a original, so I request for replacement,but the cancel replacement all the time near 3 times,and I asked them then they tell the delivery item is not showing deliver,so we can’t replaced,now where is my fault,and I called them many times,10 times a day,they cut the call after listening to me,and give date again and again for resolution but they didn’t do any thing, I am very upset and depressed I pay 1355 in cash,
