Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that I booked a ticket from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad dated on 24/06/2022. My date of journey 26/06/2022, unfortunately my flight was not booked / cancelled by Travel partner (Travelook), After completion of all All payment formalities i have received an email that your ticket was not booked, but I am sorry to say that till now I didn’t get my refund, what’s the issue i dont know, i am continuously calling them from past 4 months to customer service. Customer services agents giving very rude answers and they are saying almost it completed more than 4 months till now my issue was not resolved, kindly look into the matter and do needful.After doing lot of enquiries i got to know that nearly 1600 people are facing this same issue which I found on internet. Kindly take our complaint and take necessary action against Travolook fraud services, this company cheating many people.if you take strict action against this can save many people amount.please find below details of my bookings for your reference and necessary Action.
