My name is Adyant Kumar. I have ordered a headphone combo pack of Rs 1599. When I got the parcel, I got two headphones of local market product in which one was damaged. I tried to contact them to return the product. But the number present on the website was fake and the email was also fake. The number on the website was 9817203045, 1800-700-666, and the email was support@musicgadgetsdeals.com.
The address present on the site is GA-202 Noida Sector 162, Near DDC Inclave Noida, UP, 201301. Kindly help me out to get my money back and sue them so that this does not happen with someone else.
