My PNR No- ZDQCHZ. Travel from Bangalore to Delhi on 8th July 2024. I had a trolley bag with me which was under 8kg when the trolley check in weight limit is 15kg. At the boarding gate, I was asked to paid 3k for 5kg extra along with my hand bag which was a laptop bag. They didnt even allow me to take the trolley up with me, rather i had to give it for Check in but they still took 3k from me after harassing me so much.
