I had applied for a data entry job from home as I was jobless. I had applied for the job from quiker website. HV technologies had approached me through WhatsApp. I am attaching the msg that they had sent me. ” Online Captcha Typing Work In Your Android Phone At Home.. in the msg, she had never mentioned any of the penalty n all stuff to me. I Found it attractive n applied for it. I got a digitally signed email in which my agreement was attached. after reading the agreement I had asked plenty of questions. But she gave me half of the information. I found it fishy so I said I wanna leave it. i don’t think it’s gonna take 3 hrs n all as she mentioned to me it will take a max 3 hrs for the job per day, as to me it would take 7-8hrs as how I had calculated. She said no u can’t leave now. u do the work n leave it. I started with the work.. Bloody just to complete 900 captchas it took me 10hrs.. and it was unfair to make and I had contacted her to terminate my contract as u gave me false information. She didn’t even bother to reply to me. today I received a msg and email from JM-ATVTSF and [email protected] stating below;-

Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.“if you want to avoid legal procedure then you must have to pay ( with legal charges 8500/- today. )
