Dear Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the screen replacement service performed on my Moto Edge 40 Neo by your authorized service center. Following the repair, I have noticed that the display fingerprint sensor is no longer functioning. Additionally, my phone was factory reset without prior notification, resulting in data loss.
I am concerned that the replaced screen may not be original and suspect that the job was done unprofessionally. Furthermore, I have received no transparency or updates from the service center and Motorola even after complaining on their official mail ID.
I request immediate assistance to resolve these matters and restore the functionality of my device. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
