My complaint dated 9-July-2020 (31-3151090942871) requesting billing information has been closed without resolution.
I have been charged Rs.300 as “activation charges” when my mobile phone no.9845196829 is already active & has been so for decades.
A new complaint has been filed today, 15-July-2020 (31-3182140299325) since the airtel regime closed the previous one without satisfactory explanation.
If this issue is not resolved within a week in my favor, I would prefer to close all my accounts with airtel & move over to other provider since this is not the first time such occurrences have happened.
The fictitious activation charge of Rs.300 must be held as credit & adjusted for future bills.
