I am user of Fibre connection 018010143010_DSI. The facility is down for past 4 days. Your local is quite unprofessional in manner as they are lingering on time day by day.
Also it is quite sad that as a User I am not able to register any complaint. There is no option to register my complaint on your app. The only way available is to call CC (121) through any airtel number. How can a user of any other network register the complaint.
It is quite awful experience with a company such as Airtel.
