My CAF No: 04222689128 – Please cancel the new connection request and refund₹2828.
Failed Transactions ID : 1209129994 / 1209130245 / 1209131015. Amount of ₹2828 debited from my bank and this amount to reversed.
Reason for cancellation: The local installation agent collected all documentation and payment on 09.12.2020 and promised to install the next day at 10AM and also said he can provide fancy number of my choice for land line. Due to transactions failed with amount of ₹2828 already debited, the installation agent promised to do the installation if paid immediately by providing the payment link.
After making the transactions at 10:44AM for ₹2828, the installation agent failed to respond my calls and did not bother to complete the installation. After waiting the whole day, he informs that the technicians will visit by 6PM and do the wiring, which is not feasible due to concealed wiring and other constraints.
The installation was busy with other works and was not providing answer on the exact time for installation. Instead shared the Technician to coordinate by customer. The technician further refers to somebody else and the chain goes on. For simple straight forward installation, the technician collected the money, gave false promises and as a customer I felt cheated , having made to wait the whole day to receive.
When asked for cancellation, they informed to contact 121 in a rude manner and never felt the negligence of customer service.
After calling 121, the support staff said, she can not take up the cancellation and after a long wait of 45 minutes I had to speak with the supervisor. The cancellation task # is 203344781.
Airtel is having my Money of ₹2828+₹2828 = ₹5656 since 09.12.2020.
I will never ever trust and recommend Airtel for Broadband. Thanks for your horrible service.
