I applied for Airtel fibre broadband at my residence A1004, Surobhi regency, BT Kawade road, Pune on 31 Oct 2020. The installation people namely Mr Kiran came and started fixing the wires in a hapazard manner. Surprisingly they didn’t have any clip, cutter, plier or hammer. When asked they blamed the Airtel agency of not assisting them with requisite material and accessories. When the sales executive Mr Anil was contacted he said that his work is done and he cant help me. I never knew Airtel has become so pathetic. Will recommend all in my society and area to avoid taking Airtel connection
