I paid around rs.3536 on 7th August 2020 for Airtel fibernet broadband connection. Airtel promised installation will be done within 48hrs.
it is 23rd August , nobody turned up.. no one calls.. nobody pick the call properly.. I have called more than 15 times since 9th August.. 4 times they pick call and answers installation will be done for sure within 24hrs . But they don’t do.. assholes 😡 🙁 iam fed up seriously ?

Airtel strategy cheating customers IMO:
1. Gain trust of customers that fibernet connection will be installed within 48hrs and get money paid around rs.3536
2. No call .. no installation even after 48 hrs
3. Tried reaching out to customer care , nobody picks call .. “computer voice keep diverting us to use Airtel thanks app infinitely”
4 . When somehow navigate to different option of computer voice finally reach customer care specialist, they promise to send someone within 24hrs and nobody turns up.. nobody calls.. no refund
More than 2 weeks over.. no installation done.. no body calls.. nobody turns up.. no refund..
meanwhile, I feel these as******les do similar thing for minimum 1000 customers they get rs 35,36,000 for free for two weeks which they can invest on something and gain profit..
