I approached Airtel few days back for Xstream Fiber connection. My Lead ID is eCAF_0201519910.
I made upfront payment for 6 months on the promise that the activation will be done the next day.
Payment Transaction ID : 608719150. Total Amount – INR5232. The executive who collected my details Mr. Ganes Vyas – 88550 22588 promised that the engineer will come next day to activate my connection. The transaction was done on 08th June.
I didnt receive any call from Airtel till today, hence I called Ganesh NO.RESPONSE.He picked my call When I called him again in the afternoon he is NOT picking up despite my repeated efforts to call him and we called Jordan who initially contacted us for the connection to enquire about the status, his response was arrogant and insisted that we cancel the connection and Airtel refund the amount.
I followed up based on the commitment made from one of your executive that activation will be done next day and made 6 months payment. I am really annoyed with Jordan’s response and Ganesh not returning our cal. I raised this complaint with nodal officers. No response. My email is sabrishsammy@gmail.com.
