Hi ,
Myself Chenna Kesava Reddy N , have applied for a new fiber connection on 23rd Sep’23 and the same day one of your employee – ANIL KUMAR ( His Contact # 9392964785) has contacted and explained about 398/- Plan i.e INR.2848 for 5 month. Then I requested him to send someone to complete the formalities to apply. He sent one of his team member – KRISHNA (His contact # 9281082843 ) has misguided me about plan details and made me pay INR.2848 . After the payment , I tried many times to reach multiple times to KRISHNA to get the clarification on TV channels , however there was no response from him .

Very next day ( i.e 24th Sep ) one of your technicians ( His contact number is 86860376444) called and came to my house to fix the fiber connection , however I have not allowed him to fix the connection since I was misguided by your employee – Krishna. Finally the technician convinced me to fix the connection .

Again I have been cheated by your technician also as only WIFI connection is working, remaining all are inoperative i.e OTTs and TV channels . After fixing the connection, He tried to rectify the problem , however it couldn’t happen. Finally he promised me that the problem will get rectified by tomorrow. Later I tried to contact him to get the problem resolved however there is no response till now even after repeated follow up from my end .

Finally today he sent me an SMS saying that you can escalate it to my manager / beyond his hierarchy also and given his manager number too i.e 9281082922 without giving any resolution .

Imagine how careless all these people are towards customers . Sales guys are purely thinning for new connections without genuine closers

So I am completely vexed with your services and decided to cancel the connection . Request you to cancel my connection and refund my money back immediately .

If the same is not going to happen from your end , I am ready to move to the consumer forum also .
