Hi – I’m an Airtel Black member.
I’ve had the most horrible experience of dealing with Airtel customer support team on 121 for the past 1 week.
I have raised at least 6 complaints over the last week and have been calling 121 since last Sunday (29 August) to help me move my existing Fiber connection to a new apartment within the same city.
Every time for the past 5-6 days consecutively, I have been told that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but no resolution has happened yet. They even without my confirmation close the complaint every time and mark it as resolved, even though it has not been resolved yet.
Even the same Customer person, “UROOJ” has spoken to me multiple times and has been absolutely irresponsible in getting the issue resolved.
This has now become a mentally harassing experience. i have already paid the 3 month advance but no one has come to shift connection despite following consecutively for the past week every day.
