The cable broke which was drawn improperly by the technician from the company.Inspite making several calls no one is paying attention to the complain.Guys keep calling from the company telling they would visiting soon.The airtel company is just interested in trapping customers by quickly installing the broad band services .They knowingly delay restorationof services since the billing cycle is fixed monthly.please get the matter sorted out at the earliest so that no innocent customers suffer due to their negligent behaviour and lose their money.
