Dear JioFiber Support Team,
I am writing this email out of extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my ongoing issue with JioFiber, which has been unresolved for the past two months despite multiple follow-ups with Set up box and lline is disconnected on fiber
I have paid six months’ advance rental, expecting reliable service and timely support. However, not only has the issue not been resolved, but I have also received no effective response from your customer care team despite several attempts to reach out. The lack of accountability and support is deeply concerning.
If this issue cannot be resolved immediately, I request that my connection be cancelled without further delay and a full refund of the advance payment be processed at the earliest. I am struggling with this for far too long, and the continued inaction is unacceptable.
Please treat this as a priority escalation and respond with a clear update and resolution timeline within 48 hours. Failing this, I will have no choice but to take further action through consumer forums and relevant authorities.
