Even after giving a date of payment they sent one person at home.later when i made payment it got stuck at payment gateway and not yet received in my account from bank.when i checked with bank they said it got debited successfully.when i told fibe the same they started sending me stupid harassment messages on WhatsApps .whatsapp is being used so easily for such things .when i complaint them with chat fibe team said that they do not send anyone for home visit without my permission which is incorrect in my case.instead they denied indirectly such things by using their standard technical language .i was never comfortable using WhatsApp but now i believe that such messaging platforms should be banned for business accounts
