I had taken loan of amount 40000/- from FIBE / EARLY SALARY with the emis of 7519/- every month. We had paid all emis on time and only last 1 emi was pending from our side.
Due to some health emergencies 1 pending emi was not paid due to medical emergencies. During that period i had received hell number of threatening calls and messages from FIBE / EARLY SALARY executives for about repayment. They have threatened my family, friends and my contact lists and demanding them for amount repayment.
Later one of the fibe executives informed us that pay 2500/- and we will be closing the loan. As per executives we had paid 2500/- amount to fibe so, out of 7519/- we had paid 2500/- remaining was 5000/- from ourside. But now this org. FIBE / EARLY SALARY has created a new loan amount of 10000/- and has converted into 6EMIs with amount of 1800/-. This org. has converted last 1 pending EMI amount of 5000/- into new loan of 10000/- by missusing my personal details and created new loan amount without taking our permission and not informing me, They have created new loan amount of 10000/- without intimating me and created fake loan and now this org. fibe executives are harasing and threatening me day and night.
This org. is threatening and harasing me for amount repayment e very singke day and night. This org. executives are sending messages and misbehaving with me , and fibe org. is threatening me by sending executives to my house for amount repayment. These executives threatening me alot . please take legal action against FIBE / EARLYSALARY for creating fake loan account and for harasement.
