I have opted for Glamyo Dental aligners plan, they came home explained the plan took advance 30k by monthly emi through their tieup with Fibe. They took all the details all. After 30+days I realised I had not received my aligners and I started getting reminder messages from Fibe asking for the loan repayment however I had given details to Glamyo a. Fibe and Glamyo are working in collaboration. When i raised concerned they denied to help and assist the matter. It is merchant issue and I should follow up with merchant but they wanted me to make the emi payment. I am clear without goods there will be no payment. Now they are harassing me through various means for repayment but still unable to justify their collaboration with fraud merchant like Glamyo not they are in position to provide any detail of merchant for whom they cleared the loan.
