My Fi bank account (972XXXX3087) is frozen without any notice. When checked with customer care they asjed me to provide required documents like salary slips and ITR’s. I’ve provided the same and they asked me the justify the transactions of Rs.1 made multiple times couple of months ago. I told them that those transactions are legitimate but they responded back that it is unusual and my account will remain frozen for next 5 months…
How can someone freeze the account even after giving the proper explanation?
How can they freeze accounts for such long (5 months) for nothing?
I need help…
