I opened an account with Fi Money on Dec 2021 and at that time the app showed that I need to wait till I receive my debit card within 7 days and then activate my account fully. I got my card and when I tries to activate the card, it showed some error and I contacted the customer care. They allowed me to solve the issue and I was able to login to the app. They also asked me to make the first time deposit and I transferred Rs5,000 to the account. after that when I re login to the app, it again askes me for debit card verification and the card I have in hand doesn’t work. Toady is 07-06-2023 still my money is struck in that fi account (account maintained by federal bank) and the fi customer care executive literally says all time that my issue is elevated.. elevated.. elevated.. Still now I’m being cheated by the Fi corporate
