I have made a purchase through my 3450 fi coins. My order id is 4BwakshuzKx4 . I ordered my product in 8 July 2022. The terms and conditions clearly mentioned that the product should be shipped within 7-10 days after ordering. But I haven’t received my product and my coin has not been refund yet. I have also lodged a complaint against it, my complain number is 1466807. But fi care has not solved my issue till now. please look into the matter carefully and take necessary steps on it, so that I can get my refund back.
