I opened my account with fi money app and made some deposits in FD, SD and Jump aprox 4 months back my account got freezed without any reason.
I tried to withdraw my money from FD,RD and jump investment but that was not successfull after some days i tried withdraw jump investment on app it was showing success but it was not credited to my FI account
some days after my account unfreezed and i was able to withdraw my fd,rd but no respone on jump i called support and they asked my alternate account number for jump investment
it’s been 2 months now and they have not sent any money to my account.
