I have been using FI money app for last 2years. Suudenly on a day Iam not able to add any money to my account. After contacting customer care they said its matter of some unusual transaction done on your account and now there partner bank has to go for an investigation. After then only they will able to unfreeze it.for the investigation it will take around 3weeks. After completing of 3weeks nothing happent from FI side so called customer service again and they said u will be getting a call on same day and problem will get solved. But no response for again. The same thing repeatdly happent for 13 time and still my account is frozen. And its al most three months now. When ever u call customer service they will give you the same reply. Even they dont even know for what reason its been frozen or for what transaction. But Every day iam getting 2 to 4 promotional messages from FI saying Add funds to your account and earn points. The worst banking app.
