I opened fi digital account as salaried account to update in my company. And after 16-17 days once I received the June22 salary on account they blocked it and said your money is safe with us. Now they said on email that KYC was not complete and they will terminate the account in 10 days. I have been chaising on fi care for each and everyday over a month but not getting single reply from them instead of account termination.
