My Fi account is freeze and block without any notification and when called cx care they are saying that our investigation team will get in touch with you via email i also told them that there should be a reason to freeze my account and they were not able to answer that i also told that can I visit the branch federal bank which is your banking partner they said no we dont have branch you will be notified by mail this is the only thing they are saying I want my account to be unblock and unfreeze
