My complaint No. with Tata Sky is 1CPHZQD2. My issue is that, few channels like sony sab, star bharat, colors, zee tv, DD National, Dangal etc are showing only blank screen. This problem is coming since Trai has changed the packages. The abovesaid channels are subscribed by us. And other channles of Sony, Star, Zee Tv, Colors, DD are working in our home. I tried many times, but my problem is not solved. Also, I would like to inform you that, they want visit charges of Rs. 100/-, which is not acceptable by me, as the fault is from Tata Sky. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
