I purchased a wrist watch ” Black Steel Belt Chronograph Analog watch 55″ on 20th July 2020 from Ferraishoes.com where i paid in advance because they were not doing Pay on delivery due to covid-19. They have also confirmed my order by sending me mail with order number 28658. After that i didn’t receive any mail from there side. I followed with them over the mail which is support@ferrarishoes.com but my mail was coming back to me from there server. Today is 26 Aug2020 and i have not received my wrist watch till date and not even my refund. No communication from there side. Once i track my details from there web site, it displayed that your parcel is dispatched. They are doing online fraud by using facebook social media as I came to know this website from facebook only. Facebook is also doing there advertisement which is a matter of concern. Strict action should be taken against them.
