I purchased two items on 23rd July, 2020 and paid Rs. 1000/- and did not receive any items. They are not responding on email support they have given on their website. Now their website is also not opening. Their Facebook page is also not visible.

I purchased Mens All Leather Cecily Loafers 6 – Brown and paid the amount of Rs 500 on July 15, 2020. Till now I have not received the item. No one is responding to our my email and worst is the website http://www.ferrarishoes.com!is also not opening now.
If things are going like this no one is going to do the shopping online and that will effect very badly to the online business. I know nothing is going to solve because consumer court is just for name sake because non of the official is working In India.
