Sir/madam I switched my broadband to Airtel from BSNL in May 2022, i was provided unlimited plan with 200 Mbps speed for 3 months on my initial recharge of 3537 rupees, now my expiry date of the plan is 2/08/2022, i wanted to continue the same plan but it was denied by multiple Airtel customer care executives giving not satisfactory answers, sir, in our Airtel mobile app in Andaman, no consumption of daily data usage or plan is limited or unlimited is visible, and in my case i am fully satisfied with my 3537 unlimited plan with 200 Mbps speed for three months, you can check my records and details of my current plan if you don’t trust me. sir, now iam feeling like very much disappointed and cheated, Airtel lured me for three months now me along with my whole circle of friends, colleagues relatives aqqittances will not fall for these kinds of traps and deceiving behaviour, i will even publish this fraud by Airtel Andaman in the local newspaper if required, and if I don’t get the same data plan than i am sorry sir i will be forced to switch my broadband to the other service providers in Andaman and Nicobar islands. Lastly i would like to aware you about the two customer care executives with whom I talked with today, instead of resolving my issue they tampered and altered my plan twice in a period of two hours, one decreased my data speed from 200 to 100 and another one hilariously even changed my plan from unlimited to limited speed of 300 GB prior to the expiry date of my unlimited plan i.e 02.08.2022.sir you can check it out as everything is on record.
