My shipment was supposed to arrive on the 20th of December, it’s almost February now.
I paid the Custom duty via NEFT, on 21 Jan 2022 to Fedex.
I’ve been very patient, but this is outrageous. I’m tired of countless emails and calls to customer support. After paying everything, and doing everything asked of me why should I have to wait?
The delivery personnel have not contacted me yet, though they claim to have tried delivering 3 times before.
I need my shipment delivered. Please Help!
