I Got A Keyboard From Amazon US, Value Of Keyboard Is Rs 14,040.
Fedex India Has Charged Me A Customs Of Rs 7,667.
Customs Duty On Keyboard Is 18% And HSN Code Is 8471-6040. So Customs Should Be Rs 2527.20.
It Has Been 48 Days I Have Been Emailing FEDEX India Asking Them What Is The HSN Code That They Have Used To Charge Customs On My Item, But There Has Been No Response. My Item Now Shows As Lost, And The Seller Cannot Initiate Refund As The Window Is Closed.
Kindly Look Into The Matter.
