I had created an additional FD to increase my limit on 10th April but due to RBI restrictions on Federal Bank the FD could not be created and hence the refund amount of the same has not been credited back to me. It’s been 19 days. Onecard customer support has told me same thing on 17th April that within 7 days refund will be credited but till now nothing happened. I had talked to customer care support through the call 2 times but till now no resolution only false promises and uselessly creating multiple tickets. I am actually fed up with this, now it’s making me regretful of joining Onecard.

It’s been 3 days but till now I did not received any mail or intimation regarding the refund status.
On the 5-1-2024
I paid money to run a task in bonroy mall
I paid 20000 thausand for the task
But the task never finished
I kept paying till it gets to 75,000,00
And yet the task is still showing not completed
Please I need my money back
I borrowed from people to run the task
